NOUS lovingly opens its doors to guests in the spirit of warmth and family.
The maison is renovated and restored by the Dutch couple Angela & Kay Steuns. Here at NOUS, they are raising their two children and welcome family and (new) friends from all over the world.
The maison is made up of the master house where the family lives, and 4 boutique lofts that radiate tranquility, peace and privacy.
Decorated in the minimalist and contemporary style of stylist Angela Steuns, the lofts offer lots of natural lighting, soft shades and earthy tones, polished concrete floors and wooden accents.
Though similar in their tonal pallet, each loft has its own unique personality, showcasing the couple’s furniture from family heirlooms to treasures from their travels.
The Lofts
Each loft offers a serene space with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The living room offers a large, comfortable sofa bed and ensuite doors that open up onto your private patio with panoramic views of the beautiful countryside.

Would you love to holiday with friends and family, but still retain your own privacy? We have 4 lofts in a row, sleeping maximum of 16. When rented together you have a private swimming pool.

Since Mother Nature rules in Agel and the locals embrace tranquility, you will be living in a quiet oasis where there is not a terrace or (night)shop on every street corner.

You arrive late and chances are your bag is filled with soggy sandwiches and lukewarm drinks. You probably fancy something sweet and are wondering if it is time to open that bottle of wine yet. Ah Oui! Combine it with some snacks and you have to perfect start of your holiday. Cheers!

Would you like to sleep in a bit longer and not have to wait in the queue at the bakery at 8 a.m. for some irresistible croissants and baguettes? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! As from ‘neuf heures’ we can deliver your typical French breakfast. Voilá; croissants and baguettes, butter, marmalade, cheese, boiled eggs, orange juice, yoghurt with muesli and some fresh fruit.
Winter tapas € 24.50 p.p.
The Spanish border is not far from NOUS! Would you like to enjoy a winter aperitif in a Spanish atmosphere? Order our winter tapas and make it extra cozy with candles, a NOUS wine and your favorite music in the background! Our winter tapas includes bread, tapenade, 3 cold and 3 hot dishes. Let us know if we serve our tapas in our garden house or in your own loft.

Would you like to enjoy a nice barbecue at our estate? C’est possible! Just let us know if you prefer meat or fish or perhaps you are a vegetarian? Nous avons tout! The barbecue is including baquette, butter and a lovely salad.

Time for wine? Toujours! Try some local wines from Chateau d’Agel, straight out of our village. Santé!

A soft white wine full of tropical fruit. Round and creamy. Perfect as an aperitif, with fish or soft cheeses. It also matches great with Asian dishes!
‘Les Bonnes Rosé’ € 11,50 (full bottle)
A full and powerfull rose wine with a fresh aftertaste. Great aperitif, with fish, vegetables and grilled meat.
‘Les Bonnes Rouge’ € 11,50 (full bottle)
Dark red wine full with red fruits. Smooth and balanced. Great with tapas, grilled meat and hard cheeses.
