Cancellation Policy

We have the following cancellation policy.

 

– If cancelled up to the 60th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 25% of the travel sum.

– If cancelled from the 60th to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 50% of the travel sum.

– If cancelled from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the travel sum.

– If cancelled on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum.

 

If you want to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible. 

You can also communicate your cancellation by e-mail (info@nous-vous.com) or by phone (+31 6 11 6 4 64 35). The moment you mail or call will be seen as the moment of cancellation and the above mentioned cancellation conditions will be applied.

Respect NOUS, our neighbours and nature

 
 

– Check out is at 10AM.

– Checking in is possible from 4PM.

– Fancy a swim? Our pool is open daily from 10AM until 6PM. In July and August until 8PM.

–  Because of the drought open fires are strictly forbidden. So please be aware that it is only allowed to use a gas barbecue. If you light any candles at night, please make sure to not leave them unattended.

–  We are all for having a good time, but please respect our and your neighbours. No loud music is allowed after 10PM. Not ready to stop dancing yet? We have a silent disco set ready for you to rent!

– It is not allowed to smoke in our lofts. If you do smoke, please make sure to use the ashtrays outside.

– Please make sure to recycle your waste. We will collect your waste on a daily base. You can leave it outside next to your door.

– In case of a blockage of the sewer due to incorrect use we will have to charge you for any costs made.

– Only in loft 2 we allow pets, but expect you to take good care of the property. Please make sure to clean and air the loft regularly. Your pet has to be on a leash at NOUS estate, walked outside of the gate and feces have to be cleaned up immediately.

–  Please make sure to keep your loft tidy. You are always welcome to use our vacuum cleaner.

–  Make sure to turn off the lights and lock your loft when you leave the premises. In case of a bad weather forecast please bring the seat cushions inside.

– Please use baking paper when using the oven

– Try not to fully close the doors when you go to sleep or use the dehumidifier in your room for the best sleeping comfort.

– Please take the cushions inside when you go to sleep at night.

– Respect mother nature when using the shower and towels please. Avoid unnecessary use. 

– In case of any damages please inform us immediately so we can find a suitable solution together. We will always check the loft when you leave and any unreported damages will be charged to you.

–  We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.

–  Please make sure that your loft is tidy when you leave NOUS.  Check whether your fridge and freezer are empty, dishes are cleaned and all waste is outside next to your door.
